Trust the Gospel of VWAP

Hey VWAPians!

Last week, I think I had my BEST week of trading EVER. Every morning I’m CRUSHING the world. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you’re not JOINING ME in my Warlock’s World, where I preach the gospel of VWAP.

My week starts EXACTLY at 8:30 a.m. ET on the Money Morning LIVE show right here. This is where I review my Warlock’s Watchlist for the day, then give a 15-minute SNEAK PEAK look into my exclusive Warlock’s World from 9:15 to 9:30 ET.

Then I crank it up to 11 (or 12, sometimes 13!) by LIVE trading VWAP in my premium room for the opening 90 minutes of the market.

Monday we capitalized on a great VWAP trading opportunity with Tyson Foods (TSN) based on earnings. While earnings season may be winding down, there will still be some HUGE opportunities with companies like Nvidia (NVDA) and Walmart (WMT) reporting this week.

On Monday we saw a textbook example of the sheer POWER of VWAP… which I’ll break down right now.

In the morning I mentioned I was looking at Creative Realities (CREX) for a potential “Psycho Stock of the Day.”

What does the company do? I DON’T KNOW and I don’t care about fundamentals.

Tickers are just letters to me, and I particularly like ’em when they include an “X.” Don’t ask me why.

So this stock was on my radar. It wasn’t giving me what I wanted, but I kept my eye on it while I SLAUGHTERED VWAP trades on Tyson Foods (TSN) and Backblaze (BLZE).

Like I said: I kept my eye on it.

And just LOOK at what happened next (the look of CONVICTION on my face says it all):

This is a TEXTBOOK VWAP trade, and CREX gave us yet ANOTHER reason to believe in the AWESOMENESS of VWAP.

I had marked the intraday high of CREX at $2.78. The stock consolidated under the 1-minute VWAP (blue line), testing it several times.

Around 11:30 a.m. ET, CREX BROKE ABOVE the VWAP, then BROKE the intraday high. This is when I made my entry.

And look what happened next: A YUUUUUUUUGE green candle breaking out to a new high.

This is a great example of PATIENCE SEPARATING THE WINNERS FROM LOSERS.

This is PATIENCE. This is WINNING. This is VWAP.
